Lfcgeo - New App

Introducing lfcgeo - a simple web app that maps each Liverpool squad player's shortest journey from their birthplace to Anfield. Try it at https://lfcgeo.herokuapp.com or at http://lfcsorted.lfcgeo.com.

See how most of Liverpool’s first squad in 1892-93 travelled from Scotland to Anfield. Follow Takumi Minamino’s epic 5800 mile journey from Osaka in 2020-21. Zoom in Robbie Fowler's stroll from Toxteth to Anfield in 1995-96.

You can also run the animation from the navbar to see how LFC have Painted The World Red!

For more information check the About tab in the lfcgeo app.

Premrpi - Updated

I've updated premrpi to use streamlit, a python app development framework.

The premrpi is a simple web app that automatically generates the latest English Premier League table sorted by the Ratings Percentage Index. Give it a try at https://premrpi.herokuapp.com or at http://premrpi.lfcsorted.com.

For more information check the About tab in the premrpi app.

LFC Goal Machine - Updated

I've updated The LFC Goal Machine to include season 2019-20. You can give it a try at lfcgmR at https://terrydolan.shinyapps.io/lfcgmR or at http://lfcgmR.lfcsorted.com

The LFC Goal Machine is a simple web app that plots a player's age against the league goals that the player scored in a top level season. The app knows about every LFC player who scored a top level league goal in more than one season, from 1894-95 to 2019-20.

You can use the app to compare players across different seasons and eras. Simply select one or more players and take a look at their graph.

For some example plots see my blogpost: The LFC Goal Machine - Graphic Detail. Note that this was based on an earlier version of the app.

For more information check the About tab in the lfcgmR app.
